How can I tell if I’m enrolled in automatic debit?

If you want to know whether you are enrolled in automatic debit, follow these steps:

1. Access your Client Area.
   If you don’t remember how to access it follow this link: How to access the Client Area
2. In your Client Area click on “Billing” in the menu and select “My Pro-Forma Invoices”.

3. Open any invoice pending payment.

4. On the right, in the box where the final price and payment method are shown, you will see the legend:
   "Your services are enrolled in automatic debit".
